Limitation of Liability
We will under no circumstance be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data in relation to your use of the Website.

We do not accept any responsibility for any loss of or damage to your original images whilst in our possession or whilst in transit between you and us.

Proof of posting by you will not be taken as proof of delivery to us. We strongly recommend that you send your photos by either the Royal Mail’s ‘Recorded Delivery’ or ‘Special Delivery’ services as these will enable you to trace any lost items and, with the latter service, to claim compensation from the Royal Mail for any loss or damage to your valuable photos.

Compensation for any items lost or damaged whilst in transit from us to you using the Royal Mail’s ‘Special Delivery’ service will be limited to the maximum as advised by the Royal Mail at the time of dispatch (presently £250). No compensation will be payable by us for any items lost or damaged whilst in transit when using any other service or method.
